The Radio Person of the year award in 2007, the Limca Book of Records entry in 2003, Cable Ace Award nomination soon after and the Creative Voice Award in 2001 does not describe him, the twinkle in his eyes that reflects his joyful pursuits of being a columnist, an ardent movie critic, a DJ, a model does! Col. Arvinder Singh – Senior Vice-President, Operations

Ever smiling and accommodating, he reminds you of the confident India foot soldier who will brave all odds and emerge victorious! A distinguished career of 21 years in the Indian Army and United Nations and till recently the commanding officer of an Armoured Regiment, he now holds fort for the Kings XI from Mohali. From operating in strife torn countries like Ethiopia and Eritrea, this able and respected colonel is a soft cookie with a tough heart. Meet Arvinder Singh, winner of President of India's Bronze Medal for standing merit in NDA and Thimmaya Medal winner as best all round student at the prestigious Staff College, who heads up Operations at Kings XI Punjab.

Vikas Jain – Chief Financial Officer

From smooth systems, to due diligence, from crunching the last penny to handling mergers & acquisitions, PEs, ECBs,JVs, including setting up an online lottery initiative, his career spans across various functions in Indian Industry. Serious and simple, Organised and straightforward, he drives the executive team to treat Kings XI Punjab as a Greenfield venture. Result Oriented and Perseverant, team player yet the antithesis of fun at work, Meet Vikas Jain who heads up Finance at Kings XI Punjab.

Chandrabhan Tiwari – General Manager, Marketing

An Illustrious Career, Big Names, Brand Turn -arounds, sharp Business Acumen, part of “Global High Potential” team in Philips, Worked on Cutting edge Technology to Brand Management of pure Hedonistic products i.e. Captain Morgan (Global top priority brand for Diageo) & Pampero Rum. Chandrabhan brings to the table 12 years of been there done that. Do not let his boyish charm fool you, he knows his bit and how!! Business is in his being, there is not a dime he will let go off. He possesses an uncanny ability to look through the obvious. He is known for his is crisp and simple communication.

His days aren’t over without an 8 km run,has passion for Horses and owns a couple. He writes poetry and otherwise as well. He is involved in lots of social initiatives and actively pursues this to make any difference he can. There is hardly anything this man might not have done, if there is any, it must just be out of lack of time. Chandrabhan is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and has earned the masters from EMPI business school, Delhi. He started off his career as a trainee with FMCG major Gillette and has worked for VIP industries as Category head besides Electronics major Philips and Global liquor Giant, Diageo.

He joins Kings XI with big plans and will make sure they get bigger. Committed to take the team’s businesses to new highs, he looks forward to scaling new heights.

Nikhil Bardia – Manager, Sponsorship

Outspoken and amiable, Nikhil brings to Kings XI Punjab knowledge of the sports industry and experience of cricket and golf management. After a Masters in Sports Administration from the University of Sheffield, UK, Nikhil associated with Virgin Active, a health club in England and has since maintained his niche in the sports industry. He is passionate about playing golf and tennis. Working with Kings XI Punjab since Season-I, Nikhil optimises his knowledge of the Indian Premier League’s operations to ensure maximum sponsorships for the franchise.

Amar Bindra – Cricket Operations Consultant

An ace golfer, with a Business Administration degree from Wharton School ( Pennsylvania ) ; Sporty with a wry sense of humour, he ranked first in Junior Golf in India in 1994, represented India in international tournaments , won the Arnold Palmer Trophy in Florida in 1999 and established his cricketing credentials in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007. Meet Amar Bindra who has proved his mettle on course and now handles Cricket Operations for Kings XI Punjab.

Carolina James Bajaj – Marketing Consultant

With a vibrant work-ex in her kitty, she brings value to the Media function she handles at Kings XI Punjab. An MBA from Pune University, she started her career in PR and now heads Corporate Communications at Wadia Group. She sounds absolutely mesmerizing on the phone which is thanks to her experience as a Radio jockey but with her what you hear is not what you get. Tough as nails, meet Carolina Bajaj who handles Marketing & Communications function at Kings XI Punjab as much as she loves rock climbing, trekking and traveling.

Nandan Kamath – Legal Consultant

Handsome and amiable; sharp and bright; an alumnus of National Law School, Harvard Law School and Oxford University, he is a Rhodes Scholar and a sports nut.
