Kings XI Punjab adds Three Young domestic cricket sensation

February 12, 2010, New Delhi: Kings XI Punjab today announced the appointment of three exemplary  domestic performers - Love Ablish from Punjab, Shalabh Srivastava from Uttar Pradesh  and Manvinder Bisla from Haryana  to its team for IPL 2010. These three young and extremely talented domestic players will add to the strength of the KXIP team.

Speaking on signing of the new players, Tom Moody, Coach, Kings XI Punjab, said, “The inclusion of Love, Shalabh and Manvinder further strengthens and revitalizes KXIP. They not only bring extra zeal to excel but also add fresh talent to the field with their exemplary ability with the ball and bat. Their zest to learn will ensure KXIP reaches newer heights and is ready to face any competition this season.”

All of them have shown some great performances in the past at Ranji Trophy from their respective states. Love Ablish is the right arm fast medium bowler from Punjab who is amongst the highest wicket takers in this year’s Ranji trophy. The second player to join the team is the Shalabh Srivastava, the Left arm Fast bowler from Uttar Pradesh who is the member of the UP Ranji squad having played for India in U-19 along with Ex- KXIP captain Yuvraj Singh. And last but not the least, Manvinder Bisla is the new sensational right hand opening batsman and wicket keeper who hails from Haryana and currently plays for Jammu & Kashmir in the Ranji Trophy.

Kings XI Punjab looks forward to the upcoming season of IPL 2010 and is all set to give the best of cricketainment for cricket lovers across the country.
